He is survived by: his children, Kelly Shouse (Michael) of Louisville and Cory Dunlap (Abigail) of Memphis, Indiana; his sister Carol Geralds of Stanford, Kentucky; and his niece Carly Geralds-Bailey. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
