She was predeceased by: her parents, William Weddle and Callie Weddle (Muse); her husband Harold L. Atkins; and her sisters, Olive Dawes and Lucille Norfleet.
She is survived by: her son David Atkins (Judy) of Springfield, Missouri; her niece Regena Owen of Nancy, Kentucky; and her great-nieces, Shellie Young (Jimmy) of Nancy and Missie Ard of Wilmington, Ohio.
