He is survived by: his wife Shelley Phelps; his children, Barry Phelps (Jody) of Somerset, Caleb Freeman (Sandy) of Somerset, Maverick Hodge of Somerset, Carl Bray, Carla Wells (Craig) and Savannah Phelps of Somerset; his siblings, Gary Phelps of Somerset, Sue France and Pearl Albright (Danny) of Science Hill; his grandchildren, Conner Phelps, Riley Wells, Camryn Heddings (Josiah), Karmin Freeman, Jasmyn Freeman, Ava Freeman, Elizabeth Nix and Chloe Bray; and his close friend Anthony Lowe.
