He is survived by: his children, Scott York (Kim Sullivan), Kathy Tayor (James) and Tamara McLin (Larry Sears); his grandchildren, Jamie Taylor, Tonya Combs, Jessica Church, Jennifer McMahon, Anthony Steele, Amber Steele, Eli Singleton, Jason Steele, Scarlett Fajling, Kayla York and Gracie York; his sister Ella Mize (Jim); his close friend Juanita Whitis; his sister Elizabeth Flynn; his son-in-law Gary Steele; and his great great grandchild Nicholas Steele. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
