Meece (Somerset, Kentucky), born in Windsor, Kentucky, who passed away on May 3, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Royal (Ruth), Earl, Paul (Faye), Edra, Olene Minton (Claudia) and Charles (Anna).

He is survived by : his wife Ellen Evangeline Minton Meece; his children, Michael Meece (Julie) and Sherry Hall (Steve); his grandchildren, Brandon Hall (Shannon), Lindsay Brooks (Caleb), Jacob Meece, Faith Meece and Andrew Meece; his great grandchildren, Isabel, Isaac, Luke Brooks, Finn and Owen Hall; and his uncle Willum (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as neighbors and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be given to Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in memory of Bill Meece. Donations can be mailed to Mt. Carmel Baptist Church at 8645 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
