He is survived by: his father Tommy Adkins; his sons, Wee Wee Adkins (Rebecca) of Somerset, Jake Brewer (Hannah) of Somerset and Corey Spencer (Eva) of Mount Vernon, OH; his sisters, Linda Cook (James) of Tiffin, OH and Mattie Sullivan (Dwayne) of Russell Springs; his stepfather Jerry Schaade; and his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Kaiden, Landon, Willie, Bentley, Ruthie and Jaylee.
