He is survived by: his wife Vivian Heath; his children, Carla Graham (Mike) and Chad-Alan; his grandchildren, Heath Graham (Abrigail), Carlie Graham, Kayla Heath and Derek Heath; his siblings, Mary McCandless (Warren), Gail Ryan, Bonnie Lynch (Timmy), Connie Heath Priddy, Irvin Pearson (Brenda), William Thomas Adkins, Jackie Heath, Willie Heath and Leon Bryant (David Grant); his father Carl Houston "Jack" Heath; and his stepmother Shirley Crump. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
