She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Crewz; her sister Barbara Carter; and her aunt Pauline Grimes. She is survived by: her children, Gail Crewz (Joe), Ramones of Elizabethtown, KY, Gary Crewz (Sharon) of Sonora, KY. and Tammy Crewz of Big Clifty, KY; her cousin Wanda Stamper of Cecilia, KY; and her pet Tootsie. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great‑grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Manakee Funeral Home - Sonora (29 W Western Ave, Sonora, KY 42776). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (709 Main St, Sonora, KY 42776).
