Chad left this world on February 8, 2026 at the age of 48, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his father Carl Leon Heath; and his pet Blitz Kane. He is survived by: his children, Kayla Heath and Derek Heath; his mother Vivian Heath; his sister Carla Graham (Mike); his niece Carlie Graham; and his nephew Heath Graham (Abrigail). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
