He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth "Junior" Fulkerson (Julia) of Hodgenville, KY and William "Bucky" Fulkerson (Stephanie) of Sonora, KY; his siblings, Betty Walters of Upton, KY, Judy Waugh (Mike) of Upton, KY, Becky Vertrees (Mark) of Upton, KY, Lisa Patterson (Brad) of Sonora, KY and Ronnie Fulkerson (Angela) of Upton, KY; his sisters-in-law, Linda Fulkerson of Elizabethtown, KY, Roslyn Fulkerson of Upton, KY and Hester Fulkerson of Sonora, KY; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Lucy Elizabeth, Grace, Caroline and Spencer.
