She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Lee Sr. and Ruby Louise Tharp Hudgins; her husband Junior Hornback; her brothers, Homer Lee "John" Hudgins, Jr. and William Grayson "Billy" Hudgins; and her sister-in-law Beverly Priddy.

She is survived by : her children, Jeff Hornback (Barbara) of Sonora and Jennifer Gardner (Terry) of Sonora; her grandchildren, Megan Nunn (Ray) of Sonora, Ashley Carter (Brett) of Hodgenville, Jarred Gardner (Ashley) of Hodgenville, Keaton Gardner (Amanda) of Sonora, Chelsea Davenport (Scott) of Elizabethtown and Skyler Hornback of Sonora; her great grandchildren, Colton, Aven, Harper, Ruby, Hayden, Mattie, Grayson, Emma, Owen, Bennett, Mila, Nolan, Tate, Lukas, Hunter and Preslee; and her siblings-in-law, Cleston Hornback (Eula) of Sonora, Sharon Nunn (Larry) of Magnolia and Everett Priddy (Linda) of Danville.
