He is survived by: his children, Mona Sanders (David), Roxann Smith (David), Dennis Fulkerson (Debbie) and Sue Hudson (Terry); and his grandchildren, Michael, B. J., Shana, Duane, Jana, Amber, Clay, Jeremy, Jennifer and Eric.
