She is survived by: her son Kevin Eugene Bretz (Rhea) of Grayson, Kentucky; her stepson Michael Todd Bretz of Portsmouth, Ohio; her sister-in-law Debra Bretz May of South Shore, Kentucky; and her close friends, Debbie Vanbibber and Connie Howard of South Shore, Kentucky..
