She is survived by: her husband Clarence Hook; her children, Chris Hook (Lisa) of South Shore, KY and Kim Schuh (Tim) of Gainesville, FL; and her grandchildren, Cassidy, Ashley, Brooke (Brett), Taylor (EJ), Stevie, Aleah, Megan (Matthew), Allison (Hank), Victoria, Eva and Jake.
