He is survived by: his wife Betty Taylor Ratliff; his children, Tammy Hensley of South Shore, KY., Tracy Glockner (John) of Portsmouth, OH and Anthony Ratliff (Brenda) of South Shore, KY; his sister Geneva Evans; his sister-in-law Vivian Ratliff; and his grandchildren, Davi Jo Craycraft (Brandon), Alex Glockner (Ashley), Sarah Acton (Kyle), Allison Cain (Matthew), Ryan Glockner (Jayla), Maisy Glockner, Jake Hensley (Becca), David Hensley (Brandi), Lora Gampp (Mike) and Jay Hensley (Kim).
