She is survived by : her mother Martha Boehm of New Boston; her children, Christen McKenzie (Terry) of New Boston, Jonathan Montieth of Sciotoville and Joshua Webb of Sciotoville; her siblings, Shannon Fitzpatrick (Brandie) of West Portsmouth, Ronnie Meadows (Shawn) of West Portsmouth and Kristy Fitzpatrick of New Boston; her stepsisters, Melissa Smith of Wheelersburg and Stephany Brown of Cambridge; her stepfather Ronnie Meadows of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Harmony, Haelyn McKenzie, Olivia Montieth and Alexavier Neal.
