He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles H. Forbes and Bertha Campbell Forbes. He is survived by : his brother Charles Forbes Jr. (Janet Tarr Forbes); his nieces, Gail Howerton of South Shore, Jeanie Prince of Wheeling and Lisa Cade of Lexington; and his cousin Diana Brown of South Shore. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family and friends.
