She was predeceased by: her parents, James Greenslate and Gloria Sowards Greenslate. She is survived by: her children, James (Ashley Craft) of Portsmouth, Ohio, Derek Freeman of Portsmouth, Ohio and Chelsea Freeman of Barboursville; her sisters, Patty Breech of South Shore and Mary Ann Murphy of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Lilly Craft and Carter Craft.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Sunshine Community Church (16 Cr-1395, South Shore, KY 41175). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
