He is survived by: his children, Timothy Justice (Catherine) of West Portsmouth, OH and Heather Hommes of Portsmouth, OH; his sister-in-law Ivory Bailey; and his grandchildren, Zachary Justice, Kelsi Justice, Tyler Brant, Cody Brant, Candace Taylor, Risa Lewis and Odessa Lewis.
