She is survived by: her husband Richard Dale Culver Sr.; her children, Richard Dale Culver Jr. (Kim) of Greenup, KY, Brian Culver (Barbara) of Taylor, MI, Kimberly Taylor of Garden City, MI and Caren Henson of Hohenwald, TN; her grandchildren, Tommy Henson, Timmy Henson, Travis Henson, Dana Henson, Chris Culver, Jeffery Taylor, Jeremy Taylor, Robert Taylor, Cory Culver, Richard Culver III, Brian Culver Jr., Kyle Culver, Briane Culver, Jordon Culver and Mellissa Culver; and her stepgrandson Brett Boggs. She is also survived by several great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
