He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Potter and Hazel M. Montgomery Potter; his significant other Carolyn Gordon; and his siblings, Chuck Potter, Ben Potter, Lonnie Potter, Suprenia McKittrick and Iva Wireman.
He is survived by: his sister Vera Isaac (Carlos) of Piketon, OH. He is also survived by one nephew; several nieces; cousins, aunts, and uncles; and several other family and friends.
