He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Carr and Cosbia Holbrook Carr. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lea Boggs Carr; his daughters, Angela Sloan (Tony) of Maloneton, KY and Joanne Shonkwiler (Ed) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Lauren Ingles (Dalton), Kassidee Shonkwiler, Kristin Shonkwiler and Kaleb Shonkwiler; his great grandchild Willow Ingles; and his sister Nancy Holler of Middletown, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
