He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Justice and Elizabeth Williamson (Brown); his wife Linda Ann Justice (Moore); his children, Angie M. Justice and Jody W. Justice; and his siblings, Willis, Harold, Everett, Pauline, Wilma, Mildred, Jaunita and Jettie.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Caskey (Fred) of Mendon, Ohio; his granddaughters, Melisa N. LaDow (Nikki) of Celina and Ashley J. Allen of Degraff, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Annabelle Bingham, William Bingham, Zaiden Mallow, Kailyx LaDow and Lyndee LaDow; and his nephew Ival Justice (Wanda) of Urbana, Ohio..
