She is survived by: her children, Jodi Jewell (John) of South Shore, KY and William "Billy" Lewis of Ararat, VA; her grandsons, Garrett Boyd (Candice) and Jacob Jewell (Megan); her brothers, Keith Gregory (Brenda) and Dennis Gregory; and her great grandchildren, Holden and Henley Boyd.
