He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Fultz and Annie Burton Fultz; his wife Freda Clough Fultz; his daughter Debbie Regetz; his son-in-law Jim Mosgrove; and his brothers, James Fultz and Leonard Fultz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Rusnak (Steve) of South Shore, KY. and Pam Mosgrove of Litchfield, OH; his grandchildren, Renee Dunbar (Shane), David Regetz, Tracy Sklarz (Kevin), Nicole Rose, Jimmy Mosgrove (Jennifer) and Kalee Rusnak; his great grandchildren, Aaron Dunbar, Britney Dunbar, McKenna Foster, Victoria Foster, Isaiah Martin, Austin Mosgrove and Alyssa Mosgrove; his great great grandchild Aiden Dunbar; his son-in-law David Regetz; and his siblings, Helen Tackett, Sandra Hamilton and Costen Fultz.
