He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Gilbert Howell Jr. and Bessie Morris Howell; his wife Nancy Howell; and his brother Ed Howell. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Brown (Cory) of South Portsmouth, KY, Jason Kozee (Kristin) of Venice, FL., Jarrod Kozee (Jessica) of Columbus, OH. and Jake Kozee (Traci) of Columbus, OH; and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Natalie, Trent, Kodee, Kaleb, Karli, Kameron, Dakota, Indi, Rhys, Ashley, Brooklyn, Christian and Dreydon.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roberson Funeral Home (400 Main St, South Shore, KY 41175). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
