She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora T. Lyons and Pearl Stone Lyons; her husband Isaac "Wade" Potter; her siblings, Joann Adkins, Delcie Mae Lyons, Mandy Ellen Lyons, Roy Lyons, David Lyons and Truman Lyons; her great grandchild Sady Raelynn Holbrook; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Potter.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Spradlin, Wadeana Holbrook (Jeffrey), Gregory Potter, Timothy Potter (Lisa) and Suzan Osborne (Paul); her brothers, Frank Lyons, Jesse Lyons, Tony Lyons and Mark Lyons; and her grandchildren, J. D. Holbrook (Charmaine), Rachel Vanover (Deron), Travis Spradlin, Timothy Potter Jr. (Abby), Shannon Osborne (Stephanie), Megan Purdy (Chris) and Levi Bloomfield.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home (311 James E Hannah Dr, South Shore, KY 41175). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
