He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Paul Wampler and Edna Shirley Pomeroy Jamison. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Moore (Josh), Stefanie McKinley (Shannon) and Phyllis Caseman (Reece); his nephew Chad Taulbee (Tammy); his sisters, Phyllis McAdams (Curt), Penny Sutton (Jim) and Colette Smith; his grandchildren, Taria, Trevor, Sidney, Lance, Olynshay, Evanie, August, Winter and Emma; his great grandchildren, Kenny, Arlo and Rowan; and his pet Banner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
