He is survived by: his wife Kay Miller Crisp; his daughters, Lisa Bradley (Duane) and Tammy Crisp Gillette; his sisters, Phyllis Lybrook and Shannon Hunt; his sister-in-law Betty Murphy; his grandchildren, Justin Bradley (Corie), Jordan Ratliff (Wyatt) and Reese Gilette; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Bradley, Bria Bradley, Bryar Ratliff, Maddox Ratliff and Josie Ratliff.
