He is survived by: his daughters, Gabriele "Lillie" Leach (Charles) of Talcott, WV., Oneda Lambert (Bryan) of Berry, KY. and Rhonda Clark of Lexington, KY; his brother Roger Clark of South Portsmouth, KY; his grandchildren, Samantha Lambert of Cynthiana, KY., Joshua Lambert of Berry, KY. and Kimberly Lambert (Elijah Reffett) of Cynthiana, KY.; and his great grandchild Sutton Reffett.
