In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Steven leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Steven may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dailey and Leta Frances Dailey; his son Thomas Brandon Dailey; and his sister Leta Diann Dailey Fegan of Edgewater, Maryland.. He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Renee Dailey; and his sisters, Becky Dailey Caplinger of South Shore and Kathy Dailey Wireman (Curt) of Jesup, Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
