We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2025, at the age of 66, Mary Beth Schweinhart of South, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Otto and Geneva Otto (Schnell); and her siblings, William Otto, Steven Otto and Kathy Morgan.

She is survived by: her husband Eddie Schweinhart; her daughters, Jessica Lott (Skyler) and Angela Smith (Dylan); her grandchildren, Colten, Emery and Caroline; and her siblings, Carlene Smothers, Emily Watts (John) and Thomas Otto.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
