He is survived by: his son Steven Ping (Alicia) of Sparta, KY; his siblings, Bobby Lee Ping of Sparta, KY, Melba Jean Wheeler of Sparta, KY and Theresa Lynn Ping of Glencoe, KY; his grandchildren, Kyndra, Elijah and Noah Ping of Sparta, KY.; his close friend Tammy Parsons; and his pet Jack.
