He was predeceased by: his father Edward Howard Jr.; and his brother Thurman Gene Goodlett. He is survived by: his mother Linda Howard (Pittman); his wife Melissa Hicks Howard; his children, Ashley Spears (Steven) of Perryville, Olivia Howard of Springfield and Bailey Howard of Springfield; his siblings, John Howard (Trina) and Traci Curtsinger (Tony) of Harrodsburg; and his siblings' children, Joseph Goodlett, Levi Howard, Kimberly Livers, Alexis Gullett and Samantha Buckley.
Memorial donations are asked to be sent to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
