He is survived by : his children, Louis Wayne Foster (Kelly) of Burlington and Debbie Paul (Wesley) of Springfield; his sister Emma Lou Hall of Cincinnati, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Charissa Riley (Steven), Tabitha Foster, Kris Foster (Megan), Randy Foster, Jacob Foster (Destinie), Madelyn Foster, Ashley Weaver-Paul (Rory) and Jonathan Paul.
