He is survived by : his wife Paula Thompson; his son Matthew Menke (Camille) of Whitestown, Indiana; his siblings, Sheilah Ferguson (Brad) of Dupont, Sherry Reinhart (Pat) of Seymour, Tammy Smith (Davey) of Columbus, Indiana, Robert Eversole (Joan) of Greensburg and Tim Eversole of Huntsville, Alabama; his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Jennifer, Courtney, Cody, Chelsea, Heather, Brad, Heidi, Jada, Carlee, Morgan, Erin, Elise and Caleb; his aunts, Priscilla Young of Louisville and Betty Eversole of Williamsburg, Ohio; and his uncle Sonny Combs of Austin, Indiana. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
