He is survived by: his wife Beverly Colvin Smith; his daughter Ashley Bell (Gary); his stepdaughters, Jennifer Johnson (John) of Campbellsville and Joy Cox (Todd) of Elizabethtown; his siblings, Rebecca Carrico, Regina Carrico, Faye Smith (Roy), Sarah Frances Jones of Louisville, Joe Murray Smith (Imelda) of Warner Robbins, Albertus Smith (Linda) of Cox's Creek and Bernard Smith (Rosemary) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Gage, Braxton Tucker, Addison Bell of Campbellsville, Alli Wells (Travis), Malorie and Makenna Cox of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
