He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Richard Williams, Jr. and Dorothy Ann Hughes Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Ellis of Raywick, Paula Williams of Saint Mary's and Dennis Williams (Lisa) of Richmond; and his close friend Karen Burton of Louisville. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
