It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Mills of Stambaugh, Kentucky, who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Luster and Joyce Luster (Maynard); and her siblings, Herman Luster, Lucille Zeek, Lavon Goble and Edna Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Ritchie Luster of Isom, KY and TJ Mills (Tracey) of Paint Lick, KY; her siblings, Raymond Luster, Joey Luster and Noreen Johnson; and her grandchildren, Derek Clemmons, Nicole Short, AJ Mills and Cody Mills.
