She was predeceased by: her parents, Buddy Osborne and Anna Kay Webb Williams; and her siblings, Garnett Marie Webb, Hershell Tackett, William Webb and Buddy Ray Osborne.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Burchett of Stambaugh; her sons, Gary Burchett (Jessica) of Stambaugh and Jesse Burchett of Stambaugh; her siblings, Reese Tackett of Van Lear, Jimmy Robinette of Salyersville, Darlene Mollette of Prestonsburg, Anna Hunt of Harold, Ethen Jean Estep of Ohio and Kathy Webb of Michigan; and her grandchildren, Hayley, Alex, Seth and Josie. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
