He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Taylor (James), William Johnny Maddox, Jr. and Louis Maddox; his grandchildren, Teresa Guttierez (Jose), Louis Taylor (Sarah), Brandon Maddox, Alex Maddox and Kelsey Flores; his great grandchildren, Jose Guttierez, Jr., Bricia Sosa, Nevaeh Bretz, Marisela Cruz, Nevaeh Betty, Bryson Edward Taylor and Breland Kyree Taylor; and his great great grandchild Bladimir Cruz.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spurlin Funeral Home (411 W Main St, Stanford, KY 40484). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
