He is survived by: his wife Patsy Cox Maddox; his son Dwayne Brown (Randall) of Stanford; and his grandson Patrick Maddox of Crab Orchard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home (5590 Hwy 2141, Hustonville, KY 40437). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM.
