He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Fred" Todd and Josephine Skidmore; and his sibling Sidney Harold Todd. He is survived by: his wife Louise Jent Todd; his sons, David Todd (Becky) of Hereford, AZ, Brian Todd (Kimberly) of Spartanburg, SC and Ricky Todd of Cincinnati, OH; and his siblings, Carol Parker of Cincinnati and Patilda Barak of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
