She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd B. "Pappy Lloyd" McGuffey and Beatrice "Mama Bea" Sizemore McGuffey; and her brother Jim McGuffey. She is survived by: her sons, Jon Collins (Cristal) of Waynesburg and Phil Collins of Casper, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Morgan Collins (Kamron Palacios) of Morehead and Jonah Collins of Waynesburg; the father of her children Irvin Collins of Waynesburg; and her siblings, Patty Young (Larry) of Waynesburg, Joda McGuffey (Dolly) of Waynesburg and Bowen McGuffey of Crab Orchard, Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
