She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess W. Fox and Nina R. Fox. She is survived by: her husband Steven E. Bernard of Lancaster; her brother Bill R. Fox (Brenda) of Danville; and her stepchildren, Sarah Bernard of Lexington and Shaun E. Bernard (April) of Cleveland.
