He was predeceased by: his parents, William Guy Bailey and Dorothy Cox Bailey; and his siblings, Bill Bailey, John Bailey, Freddie Bailey, Thomas Bailey, Robert Bailey, RosaLee Baldwin, Alberta Seward, Norma-Jean Herrington and Dorothy Smallwood.
He is survived by: his wife Etta Bailey of Stanford; his children, Stephen Bailey (Kallie) of Stanford, Stacy Story (Dan) of Stanford and Nikki Lymat (Jehovahny) of Stanford; and his grandchildren, Bailey Story, Guy Bailey, Rayna Wheeler, Dani Story, Deni Bailey, Adie Bailey and Harlan Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Spurlin Funeral Home (411 W Main St, Stanford, KY 40484). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
