He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Johnson Hazlett; his children, Harry Allen Hazlett (Amy) of Stanford and Leah Denham (Ralph) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Aidan Denham, Steven Mac Hazlett, Katy Hazlett and Lily Hazlett; and his siblings, Jack Allen Hazlett and Nellie Marie Vongrenigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
