He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Elzie and Margaret Ann Plummer Deboard; and his brother Cecil Milton Deboard. He is survived by: his children, Howard David Deboard of Stanford, Rebecca Elizabeth "Betsi" Bowen (Curtis) of Stanford and Deborah Denise Kidd (Todd) of Campbellsville, Kentucky; and his sister Charlene Gibbons. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
