He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Conatser and Nora Edna Campbell Conatser; and his siblings, Billy Conatser, Jerry Conatser, Louise Wilson and Shirley Atwood.
He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Conatser, Jr. (Kellie) of Danville, James Michael Conatser of Junction City and Jordan Mitchell Conatser of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his significant other Anne Conatser of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Jessyca Ching (Leah), Nikki Floyd (Hunter), John Michael Conatser, Jeremiah Conatser, Lilly Smalley, Autumn Conatser (Kat) and Holly Conatser; his great grandchildren, Norrie Ching, Hudson Floyd, Hayes Floyd, Freddie Conatser, Theo Conatser, Miles Conatser, Mia Smalley and Daisy Smalley; his niece Donna Atwood; and his nephew Glenn Atwood (Letisha). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
