He is survived by: his father Timothy Allen Underwood; his wife Carrie Stratton Johnson-Underwood; his children, Alyssa Underwood, Ashley Johnson, Luis Quiles, Michael Johnson and Nicholas Johnson; his sister Tanya Wethington-Stevens (Todd); and his sibling's children, Tristan Cloyd, Tanner Cloyd, Ethan Stevens and McKenna Stevens. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
